1. About Antilepsis

Antilepsis is a therapy and coaching practice offering individual sessions in person (Colchester) and online across the UK. Services include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR therapy, and ADHD coaching.

2. Services Provided

Antilepsis provides one-to-one therapy and coaching sessions. These services are intended to support mental wellbeing, personal development, and emotional understanding.

Therapy and coaching are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment. If required, clients may be advised to seek support from a GP or other healthcare professional.

3. Appointments and Booking

  • New clients are offered a complimentary 30-minute consultation.

  • Ongoing sessions are 50 minutes in duration and charged at £90 per session. Payment is required on the day of the session unless otherwise agreed.

  • Sessions may be extended at the therapist’s discretion, where clinically appropriate.

  • All appointments must be booked in advance via the website or an agreed booking method.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Standard session fee: £90 per 50-minute session

  • Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking

  • Sessions must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed

5. Cancellation Policy

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged at the full session rate

  • Exceptions may be made at the therapist’s discretion

6. Confidentiality

  • All sessions are confidential. However, confidentiality may be broken where there is a legal or ethical obligation, including:

  • Risk of harm to yourself or others

  • Safeguarding concerns

  • Legal requirements (e.g. court order)

7. Online Sessions

  • For online therapy:

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring a private, secure environment

  • Antilepsis will take reasonable steps to use secure platforms

  • Technical issues may occasionally occur and will be handled reasonably

8. Client Responsibility

  • Clients are responsible for:

  • Attending sessions on time

  • Engaging honestly in the therapeutic process

  • Informing the therapist of relevant changes in circumstances

9. Limitation of Liability

Antilepsis will provide services with reasonable care and skill. However, outcomes from therapy or coaching cannot be guaranteed

10. Changes to Terms

Antilepsis reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on the website.
