1. About Antilepsis
Antilepsis is a therapy and coaching practice offering individual sessions in person (Colchester) and online across the UK. Services include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR therapy, and ADHD coaching.
2. Services Provided
Antilepsis provides one-to-one therapy and coaching sessions. These services are intended to support mental wellbeing, personal development, and emotional understanding.
Therapy and coaching are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment. If required, clients may be advised to seek support from a GP or other healthcare professional.
3. Appointments and Booking

New clients are offered a complimentary 30-minute consultation.

Ongoing sessions are 50 minutes in duration and charged at £90 per session. Payment is required on the day of the session unless otherwise agreed.

Sessions may be extended at the therapist’s discretion, where clinically appropriate.

All appointments must be booked in advance via the website or an agreed booking method.
4. Fees and Payment

Standard session fee: £90 per 50-minute session

5. Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
